"I have worked for Fujitsu since early 2019. I have found it be a strong Company with good ethical values and an emphasis on customer retention and sanctification. The work environment is also conducive to flexible working hours as well as work from home opportunities. Employees are will put in the extra time to work if necessary because the work environment if friendly and fosters growth and change. The employees over 1000+ persons and have over 100 locations worldwide. Overall a very nice Company to work for."

"Be aware that career opportunities are limited even though you may be told otherwise. One has to indenture oneself to the company as a contractor before the company will consider hiring you full-time. The prospective candidate would be well-advised to work for a contracting agency that provides benefits. Three years (or more) is a long time to go without benefits or a vacation."

What don't you like about working at Fujitsu?

"The company prefers to use contractors. I presume this is so they do not have to pay benefits. This can be a problem if health and insurance benefits are a main consideration for the employee. Most people hired on full-time at Fujitsu have had to work a minimum of 3 years as contractors with no benefits (including no vacation time)."

"The opportunity to work with a company that places a high value on hiring the best people and products that are of the latest generation."
