"I didn't like the fact that the management decided to migrate away from the system that I was supporting without really thinking it through and do it on the cheap."

"It was a start-up situation. I had to opportunity to work with a team to startup 4 factory and visit 18 countries."

"Japanese companies are clearly matrix management companies you must understand that everything is everyones business."

"Growth in my area, the director would always be Japanese."

"Fujitsu is a good company for consultants that want to do the same job for many fears without changing career paths or even advancement. In other words, if you feel you are a one-employeer type of person, Fujitsu is for you."

"To plan and build my career advancement feels so frustrating as there seems no one else care too much"

"take better care about employees and hear to what they have to say and take some action about that"
