"The FES tends to get the most work, not assigned to them, but dumped on them, and when it rains, it pours. A busy day can be placed somewhere on the scale between hectic and frantic. It's a breakneck-paced and thankless job, but you can do it well if you follow the rules."

"It was physically exhausting. I was work close to 55 hours per week for the last 2 and 1/2 years"

"Try not to lay everyone off. Some one has to be left to buy the products."
