"Continue to manage the company in the same manner from recent years, and success will continue to come. To ensure long term success on national and local levels, allow advancement by all employees, in addition, treat all employees the same no matter the age, years of experience or position."

"I didn't like when Food Lion would have to cut employee hours b/c of a slow week. And there be long lines because their wasn't enough people on a register."

"Make sure you have people who is going to willing to assist on the registers when their is a shortage of staff."
