"I did not like the way they set up the system of the Customer Service Dept. They have placed more than 500 codes that reps can use. Most of the codes are almost the same and sometimes contradict each other. They are also very strict on code errors. They should train the reps a lot more on the codes and minimize the number of codes to use to code the calls that are coming in."

"I didn't like when Food Lion would have to cut employee hours b/c of a slow week. And there be long lines because their wasn't enough people on a register."

"At times managers may let the senior employees slack on their tasks and duties while the younger group of employees pick up the slack."
