What do you like about working at Fluor?

"I loved a ton of things about my last professional job. I worked for a great company, with a great group and a great internal team. I also made lifelong friends there.I like that my job environment is very casual . My immediate manager is a good guy and doesnt hesitate to showcase your successes. My coworkers are almost all fun and great to work with. I met three of my closest friends at this job and I still get to hang out with them almost every day."

"I worked in great company. but the reason for leaving the company is to complete my education in the united state"

"the single most important element of job satisfaction is the boss"

"I worked 14 months with Fluor the company as a whole was a good company. However, there are still some silos within the company that need to be addressed as the company moves forward into the future."

"The work can get monotonous and it really doesn't challenge the technical background earned in school."

"Keep up the good work but encourage your employees to further their education so that they can do more research."

"Directly responsible for the on-site construction project team that consisted of administrative personnel, engineering/project controls, direct supervision and the workforce. In addition, there was daily interaction with client representatives to ensure their needs, concerns and objectives were being satisfied. Projects ranged from under one million dollars to thirty million dollars. On each project, safety, profitability, schedule and client satisfaction was achieved."
