The downsides are that they run 24/7, so you might have to work nights. If you can deal with that, then you should definitely consider working here."

You can learn a lot at Flex, it's a big global company and there are some nice people but the stats bear out that something is wrong, the turnover is incredible."

"The location at Memphis is a slave labor camp. For the lower hourly people have to work 12 hr shifts and if they can't get the work done they ask for another 4 hrs, and weekends. They hire a lot of illegal Mexicans for cheap. They don't care about people."
