"Too many processes in place to allow for business unit needs."

"Reduce the complexity, connect the dots, collaborate more, do better at meeting the IT needs of the organization."

"Can't remember anything. It has been too long since there was anything good about the company."

"Keep looking. This company is doing everything to destroy itself."

"Motto used to be people make the difference. Not any more. They made sure to even take down the signs with the motto on it.The product and clients do not matter anymore. All that matters is the amount of money that the Board of the company can vote to give themselves."

"Quit the back stabbing. Treat the employees with respect. Remember who built this company."

"I worked from a home office--big whoop. Most big companies allow it now. It $aves them ton$."

"Good luck. They acquire many companies, tell the employees how valued they are, then lay many/most off. Even if you're hired, you're likely to be cut loose in short order."

What don't you like about working at Fiserv?

"Lousy training. Benefits keep getting cut. Lousy pay. Frequent layoffs."

"You don't appreciate the talent you have in employees. Many managers are taking up space/air."
