"Showed the sales force how important we were to the company. Always felt like we could go any of the Sales Managers orVice Presidents with suggestions or help. They understood that when the sales people were successful, the company was successful. Management, career opportunities, benifits package all great."

"To not only be leader but a team member. Encouragment to team members will keep a open line of communication so that you will have the ability to critic and praise a team member without conflict. Critical thinking is important as well."
