"I worked with Farmers Insurance since 2019. It is a small company within Farmers that I work for with only 3 employees. Even though we have a small size staff, we are very efficient and good at what we do. Our ethics and work culture is great and I have no complaints about that."
"I've worked with Farmers for the past few months. I have had a great experience and the people are amazing. The company values people who work hard for their customers and they value agents who invest in themselves."

"I worked for Farmers for 2 years. Can be a stressful work environment meant as a claims adjuster and there are many metrics you are expected to hit but the company does awesome things for the community and has a lot of employee resource groups."
"I have worked for Farmers Insurance group for over two years. The company gives you the resources needed for you to succeed. There is not a lot of room for growth. The company is flexible with letting employees work from home one or two times per week. Overall, it is a great company to work for."
"Good Company to retire at. Excellent benefits with 10% 401k match."
"Good Executive management but mid level managers are badly trained and not skilled at their positions."
"If you are an outstanding achiever, there's always room for improvement."
"I worked for Farmers Insurance (corporate office) from 2014 to 2019. In the departments I worked, no slackers were allowed which was great. They're trying to be innovative and inclusive. Great salaries. Dedicated employees. Nice corporate offices."
"This company allows you to succeed, but does not ensure that you succeed. You must be willing and able to create your own success. I only left due to family issues, or I would still be there due to the freedom granted by the firm. Freedom is a double-edged sword though..."
"I worked for Comelit USA for one year. This company has corporate headquarters in Italy with one US office in California. The greatest part of this job are the travel opportunities within your sales region. The product itself is not difficult to understand and people from all backgrounds can understand the products you are selling with ease. Sales training provided was great and you can learn a lot about sales from the CEO of the California office, however, I found the management to be very unorganized and uncoordinated. There was a lack of structure and consistency, and commissions were difficult to track as there was no tracker to find, nor was one sent out to sales employees."
