"Take every drop of information from the extensive training programme and you can count on it being useful not only in every professional situation, but everyday life as well."

"The notion of serving HUGE portions, not offering more healthful options. Letting some of the GM's dictate some rather inappropriate venues for management meetings and ostracizing those who may object."

"The Executive Committee Members. They have actually Sexually Harassed me & nothing was done about it. They have actually terminated me for making several complaints against the company. They have let me go for poor judgement"

"Get ne Executive Committee Members that know what they are doing. The Employee Morale is at an all time low."

"Try to relocate me but at that time I coud not because I just purchase a house and with the market in tihs days I lost $20-$30.000 of value"

"I was in charge of all food purchasing, and inventory control which gave me a great understading of P&L's and how they work."

"I was unable to advance wit the company because they closed on location to focus on the larger property, so we all were laid off."
