Currently, Executive Health serves more than 2,000 hospitals and health systems in the United States by providing information and services related to medical necessity compliance. Physician Advisors working for the company are trained in Medicare and Medicaid rules. The advisors are also experts on assisting the hospitals effectively manage patient’s care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and performing within budget.

In 2010, The UnitedHealth Group’s subsidiary, Ingenix, purchased Executive Health Resources. The corporation continues to operate under the EHR name. However, following the acquisition, the company is able to serve more hospitals and healthcare centers.

Currently, Executive Health Resources employs well over 600 Physician Advisors from various medical specialties. The Physician Advisors work in teams with nurse case managers and administrative team members. This team is then assigned to a set of clients, allowing for the development of long-term professional relationships. The corporation has several regional offices across the United States. Executive Health operates 365 days a year.
