"It doesn't have a routine. It never gets boring. I'm very independent and I love learning with challenges. As an executive assistant there is a lot to learn everyday. I'm surrounded by business people that give everyday a new lesson about life and career. Organizing and solving problems is an executive is an everyday responsibility. You must to have passion for making people's life better, easier and simpler. It's amazing how much we can improve having information and network."

"I absolutely love being in a sales and customer service position. I enjoy the variety of work and needs customers constantly present you. I am able to roll with the punches sales/customer service can present as well. I am mechanically minded and am able to pick up products and services quickly. I take great pride in my work. I was raised with an above average work ethic and what I do is who I am. Sounds corny, but this attitude makes me a great employee."

"I loved being an Executive Assistant to the CIOs and DCIO because it allowed me to partake in a lot of high-level projects that I normally would not have been able to partake in. What I disliked about it was the constant meetings that needed to be attended regarding the projects, only to spend the majority of the time waiting for the Japanese home office to make a decision."

"Being an EA is a tough job. You basically have to be prepared to do every thing to help an executive do his job. Be it a small or large task. Humility goes a long way and customer service skills are key. Imagine someone is always watching and remain poised, professional and polished at all times. I love being able to flex organizational skills and learn new programs as they come into play. I also enjoy the ability to take charge of things and control my work environment."
