"Recent changes in management and job description/roles has created a very low morale amongst the administrative staff which unfortunately has been ignored. Quite a few seasoned EA's that have been with PwC 10 years + have resigned as a result of the new management."

"The suggestion I would provide to management is to have more flexibility of mentoring."

"I liked the personal/medical benefits and its location. I learned that colleagues are not team players, even when they claim to be."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It's a good ole boys club, and unless you are personally connected to one of them, don't plan to get very far."

"I disliked the little or no training, and uneven distribution of work based on favoritism."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Adopt an interdepartmental training/mentoring system, and hold mentors accountable for mentorees."
