"It doesn't have a routine. It never gets boring. I'm very independent and I love learning with challenges. As an executive assistant there is a lot to learn everyday. I'm surrounded by business people that give everyday a new lesson about life and career. Organizing and solving problems is an executive is an everyday responsibility. You must to have passion for making people's life better, easier and simpler. It's amazing how much we can improve having information and network."

Executive Assistant at Beta Data Services

"The thing I don't always like about being an Exec Assist is that it can be compromising on your personal schedule. In the beginning before your learn the needs, request and, habits of the Executive. Getting over that hump can be challenging. As I mentioned earlier I love being and feeling apart of the schedule of the Executive. Helping to get important work done and making their business day a little easier and know I'm the backbone to the day."

"I love being an executive assistant because the role is versatile and allows me to cross over into many areas. Building my skill level as well as my confidence. As an EA you get to do accounting, project management, meeting planning, event planning, some supervision, office management and some human resources. All of those areas plus the regular assistant tasks. As long as there is good communication between the manager and yourself, there is little negative to report."
