3.5 I worked for the company for 6 months and found the EMEA business to be a little un structured and also not very open in the communication in terms of expectations and result measurements. Over all a good company but not the great company that the US business seem to be. I would have loved the opportunity to work for the US branch of the business as I always felt well met by my USA colleagues.
