"I worked for the company for 6 months and found the EMEA business to be a little un structured and also not very open in the communication in terms of expectations and result measurements. Over all a good company but not the great company that the US business seem to be. I would have loved the opportunity to work for the US branch of the business as I always felt well met by my USA colleagues."

"be sociable and easy to talk to. be knowledgeable about the jargon for your particular area of expertise (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)"
What don't you like about working at ExactTarget?
"not meaningful or fulfilling work (it's just email). joke of a 401k plan. very difficult to move around the organization especially if you are good at what you do. not much help with career pathing or getting out of a rut."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"stop making empty promise:, if you say you will make something better, at least give it an honest try"
