Submit a Review"I love to learn new equipment and being able to work on major events with high profile people. I hate the unpredictable hours and the very low compensation. Most of us are extremely under compensated. That effects our customer relations because we are frustrated at the hard labor, technical efforts we expend for very little pay."
"The pay at PSAV starting wage is $14/hr. For the work we do, we should be paid at least $16-$17/hr. The bad part about working for this company is that it's really hard to move up. The work is hard but fulfilling. Overall, it's a good gig to work for as a free lance engineer but not full time."
