"The pay at PSAV starting wage is $14/hr. For the work we do, we should be paid at least $16-$17/hr. The bad part about working for this company is that it's really hard to move up. The work is hard but fulfilling. Overall, it's a good gig to work for as a free lance engineer but not full time."
