"I like working independantly and turn key and the convenience of being home based"

"Ovation is not hiring. Advice I would suggest all applicants to be qualified and have a professional demeanor, pay strict attention to quality, and safety."

"The amount of work kept my hours low until I was layed off due to lack of work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Bid competitively and bid as much work as possible. Be deligent in soliciting qualified, multiple sub contractor bids to assure the best possible estimate."

"When the construction industry was doing well it was challeging and I was lucky to work with some great general contractors on multI million dollar projects."

"You must be a self starter and be abel to hit the ground running."
What don't you like about working at Division Nine Contracting?
"We were somewhat limited and it was really easy to get over our heads on the big jobs."

"More financial backing was needed to be a serious player."

"The people were really nice, had a great time working with people that are now close friends I can count on."

"Be honest and open with yourself and the employer. The employer will like that."

"No career opportunity, with PPMI being such a small company. It's hard to see myself moving on to a higher position other than actually opening my own paint business as a competitor."

"To keep up the good work, and always remember that costumers and people always count first."
