"To better manage the clients so that they can deliver what they promise. to impliment the systems that they have in place instead of continually changing them."

"Be ready to work! The owner is VERY driven and will expect quite a bit from you."

"Lack of support on occasion. I would have preferred a more experienced warehouse crew."

"Let your staff do their job. When you make a new company policy, don't be the first to ignore it."

"I really do hope it picks up for work for everybody."

"Not much, to be honest. I appreciate the other employees but find ownership lacking and pay poor."

"If I were to interview an individual coming into our establishment I would tell them to run."
What don't you like about working at Givens Collision?
"Everything. Not only am I severely underpaid for what I do, I am also constantly reminded of the fact that I am replaceable. The owner's social life and constant vacations are thrown in our faces when they know that everyone, especially the office staff, is having to live paycheck to paycheck if they last that long."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Firstly, I would not ask my employees to do anything that I wasn't willing to do. I would not only appreciate what they do but also compensate them accordingly."
What do you like about working at Lakeview Construction?
"Total responsibility of each project from estimating to final completion. The job required you to be available and ready for anything at any given hour. I enjoyed the fast pace, the headaches and successes."

"Be confident, be professional, and research the retail construction industry and ask what the vision is for Lakeview in the future."
What don't you like about working at Lakeview Construction?
"At times, I was traveling more than 70% of the time from California to New York to Puerto Rico."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If at all possible, maintain insurance for the superintendents you lay off. They have made a sacrifice leaving families for months on end, and have spent an excessive amount of time on sites above and beyond a normal working week to make sure the reputation of the company is well looked out for. Do them and their families a favor and pay their insurance for at least a few months until they are either back on the road for you or find another job."

"My Boss is a good guy. He has given me a lot of freedom to utilize my skills from previous jobs and my education. He has also taught me many valuable lessons about the business."

"If you want to work for this Company, be prepared to have a lot of free time."

"The company lacks structure. I am not to happy with the way the day to day operations are ran. There are certain individuals that I don't like working with. They don't offer any health insurance or bonus plans"

"The company could use more structure, and better communication. Be more clear when giving tasks."
