"Estes Express does not give the impression of a company that is prepared for the challenges of the 21st century. There is no employee performance review process, so poor performance is not handled well (if at all). People are leaving in droves. The corporate headquarters is old and depressing."

"Darwinistic approach to how long Sale professionals are given to incubate would be helpful. Reward performance to the point that you keep the Top Guns ! Build the operation to match the quality of the sales force."
"As long as you're in good with the terminal manager you will be treated great. Some employees who have been here for years will be let go because of a minor technicality but if you are caught stealing merchandise, always late and have a criminal background, the manager will back you up because of nepotism."
