"Don't expect a big fancy fast shiny truck. The trucks are safe but they are company trucks with no frills. It's the best trucking company I've worked for in my 25 years of driving. I've been here 15 years."
What don't you like about working at Estes Express Lines?
"Some of the terminal dispatchers treat drivers like dirt. Management changes policy like the weather."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Send somebody undercover to check out the way some of the terminals treat the road drivers. Don't try to double talk around changes like we're kids."

"As long as you're in good with the terminal manager you will be treated great. Some employees who have been here for years will be let go because of a minor technicality but if you are caught stealing merchandise, always late and have a criminal background, the manager will back you up because of nepotism."
