"The Job I did. I love mortgage, real estate, and title."

"The manager. She was to more of a micro manager."

"To over look the managers position how they work with ther team."

What do you like about working at Stewart Title?

"Good life and work balance. Never work more than 50 hours a week and rarely more than 45."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be honest and have an open mind. Stewart is still a pretty conservative company."

What don't you like about working at Stewart Title?

"The company is on a pay freeze. Sink or swim sort of environment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Cut the pay freeze. Most employees I have spoken to about this do not have long term plans with the company due to this. Title is already a high turn over business, make an effort to keep the few good people you can find."
