What don't you like about working at Ericsson?
"The management is authoratative like from the 80s. Nobody who has worked in any of the good companies from Bay Area would like to work here. My team leader micro manages everything and you have to be toady to him for him to not give you any trouble. I feel like most people must be just stuck there because they are too lazy to find anything else."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management really needs to get out of the 80s and needs a revamp of all the old school managers who are control freaks."
