"Nice working culture. Need to show commitments towards putting extra hours to meet the deliverables."

"Difference between an employee and a contractor is not the same in any company but I found it more."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It is difficult to treat consultants equal to a full time employee but consultants need to be given the same priorities as required."

"I cannot recommend this company because of the discrimination towards employees."

What don't you like about working at Ericsson?

"Discrimination towards employees (age discrimination is dominant), management is incompetent and brutal - yearly 10% 'refresh' lay-offs and management is using it to getting rid of older employees or who they don't like. HR is supporting management, they are not doing what they should do. Employees are forced to work overtime, which is not compensated. Per diem for travelling is minimal (50$) and after 30 days cut 30% - training is non existent. Ericsson implemented certification process so many employees are now called senior CPM, SA and SI while majority of them never saw customers nor traveled to perform any work on the site."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop discrimination and bias towards employees. Get rid off middle level management (too many chiefs and not enough Indians)."

"Met one or two decent people here, though most with true talent don't stick around long"

"Just make sure you align yourself politically with someone/anyone whom you perceive to be influential. Apple polishing goes a long way."

What don't you like about working at Ericsson?

"This organization is abusive to the permanent employees, and absolutely abysmal to contract help.Unless you are willing to play the political backbiting game, you won't be around long."

"Treat people as you'd like to be treated; cease and desist with the lip service."
