"If you are single and desire high tech training opportunities and travel, this company is for you!"

What don't you like about working at Ericsson?

"Job volatility and direction that does not leave much room for family (mid-term contract work that requires a lot of time, perhaps as much as most of the time, away from home)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Design work opportunities to work around families as some travel (25-35%) is ok, but a lot of travel (50 -75%) is destructive to family units."
