"The company is big and has very good benefits and you can move within the company (or so they say)."

"Ericsson is a very good company to work for with good pay and benefits, just don't be so good at what you do that they can't afford to move you around if that is what you want."

"I would love to move more into inventory and out of delivery - but right now I do both for several customers. I'd like to do the inventory for all accounts and hand off the delivery side to someone else."

"Please get someone else to do deliveries so I can focus on inventory. :)"

"Benefits and international travel. Working with many different cultures and people."

"Be honest. You will go through many levels of interviews. Lies will be caught."

"Management and lack of leadership above front line managers. Management unprofessional."

"Learn professionalism. Treat subordinates like humans. CEO has the vision but it is not passed down."

"It's always the same thing, lots of slow times and can be very boring. Not a lot of change and I hate being a contract worker."

"I would eliminate the number of contract workers and hire them as full time employees."

"Nothing, they always hired management with experience and excellent skills to manage large number of employees."

"Laid off last June. I don't miss them at all."

"Look elsewhere. Ericsson is a dead end, go nowhere sinkhole."

"Remote elitist attitude of corporate leaders with a poor attitude towards the people who do the real work."

"They should become human again. Assuming they ever were... they probably never were."

"You need to be able to work in a team environment because all decisions that are made are done so in a team oriented fashion. All people within the CORE team have a voice on any deal that is being brought to the table."

What don't you like about working at Ericsson?

"Ericsson Federal is in a transition period and they are trying to determine their strategy moving forward so there is some uncertainty moving forward."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would say that they should be building the sales competency and not letting people go. I don't believe that the best way to grow the business is to reduce your sales force and those that are supporting those efforts."

"Excitement in driving towards gaining market share."
