"Make sure you know the company before you come in. Getting the important stuff (like what we do) from the website is definitely a must."

"Often frustrating working with leaders. Some are great but some are too inexperienced and out of their league. Fast growing companies often promote people too fast and create problems down the road!"

"More management/direction for second and third layer leaders. A lot of them are green or not so great and need more guidance."
