"Make sure you know the company before you come in. Getting the important stuff (like what we do) from the website is definitely a must."

What don't you like about working at ePrize?

"Often frustrating working with leaders. Some are great but some are too inexperienced and out of their league. Fast growing companies often promote people too fast and create problems down the road!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More management/direction for second and third layer leaders. A lot of them are green or not so great and need more guidance."

"It was a very laid back and care free atmosphere."

"Stay away if you can. they're a decent company but you don't want to get caught up in the ePrize atmosphere."

"It was too much clique-ness for me. If you didn't know the right people, you were out."

"Management could have come in more and helped out but they didn't."
