"I felt as though I had no work life balance. I was working almost 60 hours every week and being told I wasn't doing enough. When I spoke up about my frustration and lack of proper staffing, I was frowned upon. I loved my team and was able to get them to buy into my philosophy, but I was unsuccessful in gaining them the assistance from upper management that they desired. I appreciated all of the training I received from the organization, but they didn't uphold what they said they stood for."

"please get everything in writing due to no employee handbook, or explanation of rapid changes from a part time HR person"

"old fashioned in technology, minimum investment on parts inventory, no warehouse."

"warehouse, technology, appreciation of employees, tact in dealing with situations"

"No back up was just told to make it happen and if didnt happen got yelled at."

"I would atleast listen to new ideas and also be a team player and helpful"

"My operations team is great and the sales team driven"

"if 60-70 hour work weeks bothers you go go away"

"70 hour work week, more upeer management support for operations"

"more envolvement in operational side of business from senior management"

"I did not like it at all. I became an employee because of their merger with First Interstate Bank."

"I dislike the disrespect for employees as well as for customers. No one cares."

"Start caring about employees, listen to them, support them, and respect the customers."
