"I have worked for Enterprise Holdings since 2010. In my four years with the company I have seen many things change. I do think there are areas of opportunity for the company when it comes to wage compensation for their employees who are proven performers and leaders. Their is a great learning and development structure for new hires but after that it seems to regress for upper management."
