"I love the people I work with. I enjoy working really hard during the day and pushing my team to perform at high levels. At the end of the day I am tired but I feel good about what I accomplished."

"Be ready to work. This company gives you great skills and will teach you a lot but if you are not prepared to work long hours you may want to look at other companies."

What don't you like about working at Enterprise Holdings?

"The work life balance is not what I would like it to be. I enjoy my job but I would also like to be able to take time off without feeling I am letting down my branch."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs to be more supportive of its managers. The company focuses so much on its new hires that it tends to overwork and walk all over its branch managers."
