They always said that sales and service go hand-in-hand, but I personally felt that they had difficulty balancing these two facets of the business. One of the great things about Enterprise is that you worked very closely with your direct supervisor, so you never felt like one small person in a grand scheme. You were an important part of a team. With that said, you were expected to work a lot, with very long hours. Personal time never felt like you were actually in your own time. You were expected to dedicate a large portion of your being to the business."
