"Stability."

"To many layers of management, hard to move up the ladder, a lot of politics. Hiring for outside is preferred over promoting within."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Promote within and restructure engineering and maintenance to better meet the manufacturing's needs. The present structure is confusing and many times the customer is confused and doesn't know who to get help from."

"Challenging at times. Great place to learn."

"Executive management appears to be way out of touch with what is actually going on."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Lock the conference rooms. Remove MS Powerpoint from all computers. Move all HQ offices to the factory floor. Roll up your sleeves and get to work making the manufacturing processes better."
