What do you like about working at Delphi Automotive?
"I enjoy the challenge of creating new projects and working with diverse teams to resolve problems and improve current products. I also enjoy sharing inforamtion, training others in providing product kn0wledge, explaining regulatory compliance, and mentoring employees."

"Future prospects need to be multi-talented and be prepared to constantly update their skills. They need to be prepaqred to work large amounts of unpaid overtime if they aspire to leadrship positions."
What don't you like about working at Delphi Automotive?
"I do not enjoy the business cycles that lead to layoffs, the lack of vision, communication issues, eroding retirement benefits, and limited upward mobility. (for all levels)"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I believe management needs to develop and drive through the entire workforce a clear vision of where tehy want to be in 5 and 10 years so employees can make day to day decisions that will support the corporate goals."
