"Keep in mind that you will probably be part of the next layoff. In Marketing, remember the the boss is the son-in-law of the CEO."
What don't you like about working at Bucyrus International?
"Engineering management is very self-centered. The company has a LONG history of hiring and firing (layoffs). Major purge was just completed while the papers were reporting 30% growth in earnings. CEO is salesman at heart and makes the newpapers do his bidding."

"Modernize the management structure and treatment of the employees not just be buildings"
