"fairly decent employer out of all potential auto suppliers. to management heavy and not enough junior workers that actually produce"

"lack of career growth, extremely political promotions, overly minority sensitive"

"we actually need better middle management and more lower level to do the work. cut the expensive special product groups and focus more on customer and processes and people that contribute to profitability"

"I enjoyed what the company could achieve, and the role I got to play within the R&D organization."

"Just be yourself, and evaluate all potential areas of concern. Never sell yourself short. Be a realist."

"The fact that after 21.5 years of service, I was part of a site closure."
