"The building we were in was old, smelled like a sock and was divided into about 5 parts with other businesses in between."

"Get a better building. Get better equipment. The equipment we had was a little trashy at times."

"to much politics and back stabbing. not enough recognition for a job well done. always worried about loosing your job"

"more recognition. more growth opportunities. hire enough people so that the people there don't have to work 60 hr a week to get the job done"
