"I worked for RSA as a contractor supporting a major bank. The products are great and the customer was enjoyable to work with. I was training to take over the prof services role so that the current person could move on to another role. I was there about 7 month and was just starting to get comfortable with the technology and was fully supporting the customer but instead of getting hired they moved someone from another group into the role and ended my contract. I feel it wasn't the best move on behalf of the customer as this person had to start over learning this product and the customer was introduced with another prof services person and wasn't very happy with starting over with another person taking over their account. I also didn't understand a decision like that which was to save money, but at what expense?"

"The people who work at RSA are wonderful, but the management is not. Poor decision making and lack of quality led to rushed schedules and embarrassing products. Every person is treated as an interchangeable cog, with no thought given to any expertise."

"Great place to work if you want to be in management. If you have the desire to be creative and innovative, I do not suggest RSA or EMC. Innovation occurs by buying other companies, not from within the company. The people are great though. The people make the environment fun and enjoyable. There are some really talented people there."

"Too many projects going on at the same time involving too many employees"

"Communicate more with employees directly instead of having them hear things indirectly"

"I work in the RSA portion... wear jeans to work, get to work a lot of cool projects, self governing for the most part"

"Be relaxed and confident, but not overbearing. Be honest, dress well."

"Upper management is clueless. Will not implement solutions that will fix problems"

"Loosen the belt a little at corporate, and streamline things. Speed things up"
