"I dislike the odd shifts and the lack of a real challenge."

"Keep an open relationship with your team members. I've always valued the fact that my store's leadership has always tried to keep the team's interests in mind."

"Walmart work with my schedule while I'm still in college. It give a change to do my own schedule. Company is stable and still growing."

"Focus on your job and be have integrity because this is a retail stores with a lot of merchandise."

"There are unorganized in scheduling of others associate and some department is not covered."

"Management should be able to schedule work time by talking to the associate under that manager so that all department will have coverage."
