"It is a great opportunity because the EA involvement but the Pogo.com brand is still strong and has not lost its focus."

"The Merger with EA. Pogo.com lost its identify. It was nibble Start-up full of character and now it is a different animal."

"Argue for your salary up front. You wont get much of a raise, ever. Really interview THEM as they are interviewing you. Make sure the manager is someone you can work WITH, not just work FOR. If you're a game developer in particular, read the fine print on their overtime pay policy."
What don't you like about working at Electronic Arts?
"New Management makes quick choices based on what THEY want, not what we've worked towards prior to their arrival. It seemed to be that it was their way, or the highway without even assessing what actually needed addressing and what didn't."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to your underlings more. Clearly, most of them know their job better than you do."
