"The atmosphere of work was amazing. Everyone loved video games and you could talk for hours after work with people who shared the same passion."

"Let your passion show, it is a valuable commodity that is not overlooked."

What don't you like about working at Electronic Arts?

"All the overtime that I couldn't walk away from. The company allowed us to work a normal 40 hour work week, but everyone's dedication to the project kept us there as long as it took."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep treating people the way that they do. Everyone enjoyed being able to voice their ideas and have them heard and used."

What do you like about working at Electronic Arts?

"I like the casual aspect of working for EA. I also like how I am provided with all the technology and accomodation I need to complete my job. I appreciate that when we are required to crunch on deadlines, we are provided with food."

"Negotiate your terms up front, and get them in writing."

What don't you like about working at Electronic Arts?

"Resources are allocated for what is best for the company, rather than what is best for the individual. Teams are partial to some people, and are rude to others. Development directors are overbearing and love to micro manage. Hours can be long and expectations can be high."

"EA is a global company. There are so many aspects of EA that i'm not qualified to answer that question."

"The people, the caliber of product, and the talent. Benefits."

"Be honest. If you have passion and you show that you want to learn you will do much better."

"People were laid off. I need more money. Management is a nightmare. The morale is in the crapper."

"Give people more flexibility, make a different product, hire better people."
