I've found Tiburon's Development and Release Engineering team to be filled with expert individuals that make the environment inviting but the team's position within the company being pulled in many directions by essentially every development team while not having enough resources to truly support the requests."

"Must do highly complex work at high speed. Don't care about quality, just speed. If you don't meet their bug count metrics, you're out. Long hours, high stress."

"More focus on quality, less on rework. Don't lay people off during the peak period. Stop burning people out."

"If you want job security this is a decent place to be but beware of job position offers because most of my coworker buddies I found out that they got demoted from their previous job. Push for the highest position they will give you."

"EA works you to the bone and your personal life goes out the window when the game needs to be done."
