"Does not have much opportunity to become a full time employee."

"Too many meetings and less time to do the work, therefore have to work late hours and also on the weekend before the project due."

"Working with some of the bright engineers from MIT was a great experience."

"No, Azure Dynamics is no longer operating. They bankruptcy last March."
What don't you like about working at Azure Dynamics?
"Not much except our shipping department needed a lot of improvement to get products ship on time."

"Use meeting times more efficiiently. Or to cut down on meetings."
What do you like about working at Candor Engineering?
"Management trusts employees and we can work in a self-directed manner. There is absolutely no micro-management."

"Show that you are self-motivated and can manage multiple projects on your own."
What don't you like about working at Candor Engineering?
"It isn't software development. That is why I am looking for a career path change. Software development is what I am driven to do."

"Although the trust given to employees is appreciated there have been instances where junior engineers worked on projects that should have been more closely directed by senior engineers, especially on safety critical projects."

"Wear a tie. Get internships because that will help you get in the system."

"The culture is antiquated. There is a 'this is the way we've done it for years' type of attitude."

"Get rid of the 'this is how we've always done it' culture within senior engineers."

"They dont have core electronics to work on. The growth for electrical engineers is very less."

"Make sure you study thoroughly for the position. A lot of technical questions, hard and easy, to see how well you react to the situation and how you solve problems."

"The Red Tape makes it difficult to do your work efficiently sometimes, but it's there usually for a reason."

"To worry less about money and schedule, but to let us do our job to make it a good product, not good enough."

"If you like living in a quiet town, like Smallville, go for it."

"Most projects given with a deadline, but higher management hasn't fully decided on what they actually want or to be done. Thus giving lots of stress to finish the projects at a really short period of time. But still finished all of them ahead of schedule."

"Don't give a deadline for a project when they don't have any idea on what they want or what they are asking for."

"I enjoy enjoy the Raytheon-Telemus culture and working with my team."

"The only tip I would have for someone interviewing with Raytheon-Telemus is to ask lots of questions and engage the staff."

"Feeling like I fell through the cracks; does anyone outside my immediate area know I exist, do I have any control over my future Seems like a no. Adrift. Feel like odd man out socially."

"Be less dictatorial, listen to others better, understand that relationships inside the company as well as between us and our vendors is a two way street."
