"I have worked within Northrop Grumman for the past 5 years. During this time my roles have ranged from designing electrical systems, driving EMI solutions, performing EMI tests and project management. The Northrop Grumman Corporation has been a beneficial company to work for in both technical and management/interpersonal relationship growth."

"I've worked for Northrop Grumman for a little less than 2 years now. I do enjoy working for the company, and there is clearly a lot of room to grow and move up, but there are aspects of the job that have also turned me off. Perhaps it is just the large company atmosphere that I don't enjoy, but it can be difficult to get anything done, and I am often inundated with process and procedure in a bad way. I was also able to travel to Australia on a work trip, which is a really cool perk."
