"I really love the potential (no pun intended) of working in electrical engineering. I like to be able to take my skills from work home and create my own devices to play with. I plan on customizing my house with homemade devices to integrate the whole house to my needs. The only downside so far is when looking for work, companies want an exact fit walking in the door. The expectation to know how to use their version of industry software, or to know multiple job roles to save money."

"Show your true character; they hire genuine people they would enjoy working with everyday."

"At times the work was redundant; although this was normally not the case."

"I would have been more inclined to continue work there if they had more long-term employment opportunities."

"All my life I have done this. I am used to this culture."

"I have lot of experience sand I can be of great service to AEI with that and help train lot of fresh employee."

"I would bring more information to what is happening in the company and where we are headed. Also where and how employees can increase their contribution."

"The work pace, for management and engineering is not stressful."

"If you are an assembler the job is as good as it gets in the area. An M.E. will be busy. If your an E.E. look elsewhere, nobody here knows what you do."

"All engineering jobs are dead ends. If you are an EE don't expect to stay here more than 3 years."

"More internal research is needed in order to keep up with the competition."

"Freedom of finishing projects by myself. Self choice of parts and stuff I need to finish my work."

"Be aware of the nature of a small company, no far sight-seeing, lack of enough experienced guide and support."

"I don't have any teammate in my area. Every detail has to be taken care of by myself and I am a solo fighter. I don't even have enough equipment and components for work."

"I would respect the engineers more and show more professional courtsey."

"No technical support and teamwork in my area at all. I have to fight by myself completely."

"Show profession courtsey to engineers in their fields. Give them what they need."
