"Until the management gets straightened out, I would not work for EDS. Back in the day (Dick Brown), effort was well rewarded, nowadays management takes the credit and you get screwed."

"Management, they are not focused on the employee accomplishments, such as working through Christmas day to ensure a customer has 99.999 uptime on their network."

"In the ~15 years I worked there, I learned a lot as the company grew, established good relationships and was part of helping the company get to were it was."

"I have MANY contacts. Relationships are the key at this company. I would recommend finding someone who knows you and can vouch for your background."

"At the time I left, the company was having financial difficulties and there was a lot of waste. I believe much of this had to do with sr. executive strife."

"Keep your eye on the company goals, don't sweat the small stuff."
