"Since it was mostly business focused, personal family pictures, etc. were not allowed on desks, had to dress dark suit, white shirt, take management leadership classes, but no personal interaction was allowed."

"After being acquired, things were in a great state of transition. There were many unknowns and most individuals were very apprehensive about their future."
