3.5 A technology based company that does not make best use of technology with inefficient implementations and poor upper management. Company is only focused on EBITDA and anything that affects earning reports for their venture capitalists.

3.5 If you're thinking about working as a Support Specialist or anything IT related in this company, don't. ECi has alot of issues with there software products which in turn overwhelms the technician with cases. They have cases that are backed up for weeks or even months with frustrated customers calling every day waiting for someone to work on their cases.
